Letter from the Chairman

Welcome.
As chairman of the Consell Català de la Producció Agrària Ecològica (CCPAE), I would like to welcome you to this website.

The Internet is a major tool for communication and information, which is why the CCPAE has updated its website and added new content. We hope that operators, consumers and the general public will find here all the information they need about organic production in our country.
On this website, you will find details of European standards, the procedures and documentation required to become an organic producer, information about the Council, certified operators and much more.

I would also like to take this opportunity to explain how in recent years, through the efforts of everyone involved, we have been able to offer members fast, efficient and internationally recognized quality certification. As a result, we now have ENAC accreditation, making the CCPAE the first public organization in Europe to do so. We also have USDA certification, allowing our products to be exported to the United States, and CAAQ certification, which certifies Catalan products in Quebec (Canada), making us the only public organization in Spain to receive all these accreditations.
